S ince 1978, Snuffer's Restaurant & Bar has been a staple in Dallas' lower Greenville area. 30 years ago this restaurant consisted of a single dining room that was able to accommodate only 55 customers, but today Snuffer's has expanded to include 7 locations across the Dallas Metroplex. |
In keeping with this trend of progress, Snuffer's has teamed up with The Old State to develop a new and improved web presence. The new site is currently in production and will include a facelift of the current site as well as an extensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaign. Perhaps the most significant improvement to the Snuffer's site, however, will come in the form of Governor, The Old State's propriety content management system. This revolutionary way of managing your website content will provide Snuffer's with an easy-to-use way of keeping their site relevant and fresh. With the launch of the new snuffers.com, along with Snuffer's legendary food and service, Snuffer's Restaurant & Bar is sure to continue on their current path of success in Dallas and beyond. |

T he DFW Center for Autism has been working in our community to improve the lives of children with autism "through Applied Behavioral Analysis, allowing them to reach their full potential and to gain the skills needed to build relationships with family, friends, and peers, and to experience all that life has to offers them." When The Old State heard about this organization and all of the wonderful things they have been doing, they could not let the opportunity to help pass them by. |
TOS offered to build a new website for DFWCFA free of charge. Functioning more as an online tool rather than just a website, this system will include practical ways for the staff at DFWCFA to keep track of the progress of their students, keep the parents informed, and provide online resources for people seeking help. The site, currently in progress, will also include TOS Governor, a content management system that will allow the staff at DFWCFA easily keep their site up to date with fresh content. This online tool is sure to assist the tireless efforts of the staff at DFWCFA, allowing them to touch the lives of many more children in our community. |

I n recent years, the Real Estate industry has seen a definite trend toward the use of the internet as an effective tool for everything from listing to financing. Not wanting to miss an opportunity, Vintage Capital Partners contacted The Old State late in 2007. TOS worked closely with VCP to create a website that would fit their every need, as well as the needs of those who have funds invested in VCP properties. The site includes information, photos, and specs for every property owned by Vintage Capital. |
What is most impressive about the VCP site, though, is the extensive Investor section. Everyone who has an investment in VCP properties will be provided with a secure login and access to all of the information they need about their investment. This section includes detailed breakdowns of each property and financial figures that are automatically generated and updated by our intelligent system. The investor will also be able to access archives of information dating back to their original date of investment. This exciting new system will take Vintage Capital Partners to a new level of efficiency and increase the effectiveness of their investor relations, and will, in turn, free up more time for them to do what they do best. |
