Coats Homes has been building unique and beautiful homes in Park Cities and Preston Hollow neighborhoods of Dallas for 50 years. They came to The Old State needing a brand update that celebrated that tradition while being able to reach the next generation of high-end clientele. 

The Old State worked closely with the team from Coats to create a brand identity that would be reflective of the quality and values they stand for, and would also be timeless enough to last for generations. The TOS design team also created brand standards as well as business collateral and yard signs.
