The American Quarter Horse Association, the oldest and largest registry and membership organization for quarter horses, needed help modernizing their membership onboarding process as well as a new digital marketing strategy. The organization tapped us to help make becoming a member or renewing your membership digitally friendly as well as craft a digital marketing strategy to promote and expand the brand online. That meant rolling up our sleeves, putting our boots on and doing the hard work of bringing this great association into the digital marketing age.

TOS worked hand in hand with AQHA to determine the best way to speak to its membership. Together, we created a number of marketing personas, developed a marketing playbook and social media content calendar in order to directly target and speak to different segments of membership and horse enthusiasts. Through technology improvements, marketing automation and targeted messaging this icon in the equine industry is wrangling new audiences, memberships and delivering their content in more meaningful and targeted ways.
Revitalizing AQHA's corporate partnerships program.
In addition to digital marketing and social media, TOS teamed up with AQHA to completely overhaul their Corporate Partners program. TOS started from the ground up crafted a new corporate partners program from the ground up. This included the creation of presentation decks, offering documents and proposals, sales training manuals, account servicing documentation, reporting protocols, corporate partner welcome packets and gifts, deliverables checklists, project management task lists, and marketing strategy playbooks.
AQHA is charging ahead with membership.
AQHA membership numbers are moving up and to the right. The combination of digital marketing automation, social media management, and advertising continues to produce results.
