Helping Forge New Careers
ForgeNow trains adults in all stages of life for in-demand, well-paying careers. They provide programs designed to train students to become highly skilled employees ready for their new career on day one after graduation. Their programs include highly in-demand career paths such as Heating & Cooling, Electrical, and Medical Coding.
First Day of School.
ForgeNow was called Tracom when they came to TOS needing a new identity. Tracom was already starting to see success in the education field but was running into some identity issues with another company with the same name. Along with a new name and brand identity, the fledgling company needed a robust strategy for marketing themselves to the right audiences and getting enrollment numbers up.
Building a New Identity and Getting the Word Out
We began by working with the team at ForgeNow to build a new identity for the company. This involved a few discovery sessions where we downloaded as much detail as possible about who they are and what their goals for success are. From there, we endeavored to find a name that fit their ideals. ForgeNow was selected because it represented strength and the act of reshaping one's life in a new career path. A logo, brand standards, and website design quickly followed.
In addition to a new brand and design components, TOS worked with ForgeNow to identify and define their target audiences and craft a message that would speak directly to them. A marketing, social media, and digital advertising strategy was then created to maximize reach to our targeted audience.
Online school is now in session.
In addition to branding and marketing, The Old State was tasked with setting up a system for students to attend classes online. We planned and implemented an online portal that not only allows students to take courses online but also included features that allow classmates and teachers to share and discuss ideas.
ForgeNow is off to a fast start with their enrollment. The Old State's strategy, marketing, and advertising along with a clean, sophisticated look have provided a springboard for this company to reach potential students. Together, we believe this partnership will continue to enable people to change the course of their lives for a long time to come.
