Reinforcing a strong company with a strong brand strategy.
When Imperial came to TOS needing a brand revitalization, we were excited to jump in. This construction company is well known and respected in the DFW area but their brand lacked the polish of professionalism that their construction projects are known for, and because their brand new facility was under construction, we knew that the logo had to be good enough to be displayed on their new building. Their website was also what you might call a "tear-down". It needed to be rethought from scratch.
A strong foundation.
We began with our brand strategy session to dive as deep as we could into Imperial's Company. We wanted to know what was important to them and what would inspire their customers, what their goals were for the future and their competition was up to. Through these efforts we were able to devise a go-forward strategy for a new logo and brand system.
Constructing a new website.
The next step in the process was to completely revamp Imperial's website. This began as always with strategy and planning meting where every aspect of the new site was thought out and documented. Once the plan was solidified, we applied the tenets of our new brand standards to create a beautiful, simple look for the site.
We are extremely proud of the work that resulted from this project. Imperial's new brand is bold, sophisticated, timeless, and memorable with room for a bit of fun and surprise. The color palette is simple and striking. TOS provided a logo family that included a primary logo, secondary logos, and a wordmark. We also designed a leave-behind folder and brochure, letterhead, stationery, and business cards. The website we created was an extension of the branding elements and provided the same simple, bold sophistication. We are also proud to say that Imperial was so pleased with their brand and website the first time around that they hired TOS to refresh the website 3 years after its initial launch. The newest iteration has just launched and we are thrilled.
